Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on average weights of the products being ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?
Please allow Realign 1–3 business days to process and ship your order. Due to varying demand and order volumes, processing times may vary. Custom orders, special requests, made-to-order, and larger volume orders may be subject to longer processing times.
*Please note that processing and shipping times may run a bit longer throughout the holiday season and during sales and special promotions.

How will my order ship?
By default, shipping will be fulfilled using USPS for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders may have the option for FedEx Ground upon request. Tracking will be automatically included for all qualifying* orders.

Customs & Import Tax
All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Realign is bound by law to declare the full purchase value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. Realign will not be able to declare a lower value.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive the incorrect item or it was damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account. Realign must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. You will not be responsible for shipping costs of replacement products for damages, missing, or incorrect items.
Quality and craftsmanship is our paramount concern at Realign. Every piece is handmade and Reiki charged If you should experience the need for repair on any Realign item please email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Realign will repair, at no charge, any breakage caused by our craftsmanship within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Realign does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
Please remember, although our elastic band bracelets are commercial grade, they still need to be treated with care.
Lost or Stolen?
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
